STUDENT IMMUNIZATION AND HEALTH EXAM REQUIREMENTS
Autumn is in the air! The fall semester contains so many fun activities for students and families, from fall carnivals to homecoming parades. So please take all the necessary steps to ensure that each student has met immunization and health exam requirements, so they don’t miss out on these exciting opportunities to forge core memories. Students must meet immunization and health exam requirements by Oct. 15 or be excluded from school to protect the health and well-being of the school community.

Student Registration: Online Tuesday, July 16th to Tuesday July 23rd
OR In Person, One Day, Computers will be available, July 23 from 1:00pm – 7:00pm at Parkview School in the Cafeteria. All new students and students who have moved over the summer will need to provide proof of residency. Click here for proof of residency requirements Returning Students Online Registration: Returning Students Choose this link if you only have returning students to register. This includes prior ECE or speech only students who are now going into Kindergarten or ECE students who have had an evaluation. This link will take you to the login screen for your Skyward Family Access. You will register your returning students using the “Online Registration” tab within your Family Access account. If it is after July 23rd and you need to register a student, please call your student’s school to make an appointment. Registration will be completed via the Online Registration Portal. Payments & Paperwork: Registration payments can be dropped off in the District Office or your child’s school.
